Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homeroom Teacher responsible for overseeing students academic progress, behavior, and overall well-being. The Homeroom Teacher will act as a key link between students, parents, and subject teachers.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor students' academic performance, attendance, and discipline
Provide pastoral care and guidance to students
Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
Coordinate with subject teachers to support student learning
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns
Maintain accurate student records and reports
Support school policies, events, and extracurricular activities
Promote students' social, emotional, and moral development
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or relevant subject
Teaching certification (B.Ed./D.El.Ed. preferred)
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Ability to mentor and motivate students
