Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Primary English Teacher to join our International Baccalaureate (IB) school. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students in grades 1-5.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all students
Assess student performance and progress to ensure they are meeting learning objectives
Provide feedback to students, parents, and school administrators on student progress
Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administrators to ensure the success of all students
Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in teaching
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
Minimum of two years of teaching experience
Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum will be plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
Commitment to professional growth and development
