The Home Textiles Designer will be responsible for designing and creating innovative textile designs for home decor, including bedding, curtains, cushions, and other home textiles. The designer will work closely with the product development team to ensure that designs meet company standards and market trends. Daily tasks include sketching, developing fabric patterns, selecting color palettes, and creating digital and physical prototypes of designs. The designer will also collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to oversee the production process and ensure the quality of products.QualificationsExperience in textile design, pattern making, and color theoryProficiency with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CADKnowledge of fabric types, printing techniques, and production processesCreativity, innovation, and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related fieldExperience in the home textiles industry is a plus
