1. Organize, control, and coordinate services as per the hospital board regulations.
2. Supervising daily administrative operations
3. Monitoring expenses and suggesting cost-effective solutions.
4. Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures
5. Worked as a Hospital TPA Coordinator and other Government schemes.
6. Worked as NABH Coordinator for groundwork of Entry level.
7. Resolve of grievance of Patient regarding any facilities of Hospital premises.
8. Directs or conducts recruitment, hiring and training of staff. Establishes work schedules and assignments for staff according to workload, space and equipment availability.
