JOB DESCRIPTION :
Operational Oversight
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including clinical and administrative departments.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of care.
Staff Management
• Recruit, train, and supervise hospital staff, including clinical, administrative, and support personnel.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement staff development programs.
Resource Allocation
• Oversee the allocation of resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies, to ensure optimal operation of the hospital.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement department to order necessary supplies.
Financial Management
• Assist in the preparation and management of the hospital budget.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising patient care quality.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
• Ensure the hospital complies with all relevant regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to continuously improve patient care services.
Patient Care Coordination
• Ensure that patient care services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Address patient concerns and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
Facility Management
• Oversee the maintenance and improvement of hospital facilities, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for regular upkeep and repairs.
Emergency Preparedness
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and ensure staff are trained to handle emergencies.
• Coordinate with local emergency services and agencies as necessary.
Technology Management
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of hospital information systems and technology.
• Ensure staff are trained on new technologies and systems.
Collaboration and Communication
• Facilitate effective communication between departments and with external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other healthcare facilities and community organizations to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
Marketing Strategy Development
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the hospital’s strategic objectives.
• Identify target markets and devise strategies to reach and engage them effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
• Yearly bonus
Experience:
• Hospital Administrator: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hospital Operations: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hospital Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
