DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Staff to join our in-store team at Gotcha Fresh Tea. In this role, you will work closely with our supervisor in ensuring smooth daily operations of the store, delivering excellent service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting customers and taking orders.
· Prepare and present beverages at the highest quality and consistency.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including storage areas, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and operational protocols.
· Collaborate with management to provide feedback from customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
· Education or certifications in hospitality management is advantageous.
