About the Role
Your primary job is to ensure each and every guest has an experience of a lifetime. Together you will share special places and create lasting memories. Your days might include:
A la carte restaurant service
Bar and lounge service including table service
Housekeeping on-train carriages
Luggage handling
Concierge services at each arriving and departing terminal; and
Act as a host for guests on off-train excursions.
These positions are physically demanding and will require you to work on your feet for long periods of time. You will also be required to work away from home for up to 7 days at a time.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of customer service;
Know your stuff, you’ve had fine dining or a la carte experience, been recognised for your strengths in guest service – you see everything through a guest centric lens;
Have an energy that’s dynamic and you have fun when you work – your smile will say it all;
Show a commitment to our luxury brand;
Have all the safety things we need too like an RSA and a Senior first aid certificate (or willing to obtain).
