Key Responsibilities
Actively follow direction from Supervisors/Managers while anticipating customer needs and delivering consistently professional, courteous service.
Complete all checklists and operational tasks efficiently during shifts, escalating issues or incidents promptly.
Deliver high quality food and beverage service, including POS operation, cash handling, stock control, venue presentation, and compliance with standards and policies.
Communicate effectively with the team to optimise service times, support other departments, and maintain a positive guest experience.
Promote the venue and brand, maintain strong product knowledge, assist with training, supervision, and role allocation as required.
What You’ll Bring
Ideally previous experience working in a host role at a restaurant or hospitality venue.
Experience managing guest expectations and supporting the food & beverage service.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and work ethic.
Professional with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
