We are seeking a friendly and guest-oriented Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Seat guests and manage reservations
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of OpenTable and Resy systems
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent guest relations skills
- Familiarity with phone etiquette
