Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing a team of front desk staff. Your leadership will help maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service while fostering a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Train, mentor, and manage front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and reservations using hotel management software.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures while promoting a positive work environment.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Monitor phone systems to ensure effective communication within the hotel.
Assist in developing strategies to improve guest satisfaction scores.
Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
Qualifications

Previous experience in a front desk or supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
Knowledge of hotel operations and familiarity with hospitality software systems is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
