Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hotel Management Trainer and Teacher to join our team at SSSES. This full-time, contract position is ideal for a junior-level professional specializing in hospitality management. The role will be based in Nagpur, Chandrapur, Warud, Amravati, and Wardha. The ideal candidate will have strong training and development skills and excellent communication abilities.
Qualifications And Skills
• Expertise in hospitality management (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in training and development within the hospitality industry (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively mentor and guide students (Mandatory skill).
• Experience of work in Hotel Industry.
• Experience in curriculum design tailored for hospitality management courses.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage classroom settings efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service skills to relate real-world scenarios to students.
• Adept at problem-solving to handle unexpected classroom situations or queries from students.
• Effective time management skills to balance teaching duties and administrative responsibilities.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in hotel management to students.
• Create and update instructional materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
• Assess and evaluate students' performance through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students, fostering their development and readiness for the hospitality industry.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure consistency and quality of the curriculum.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in hospitality management to incorporate into training programs.
• Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and field trips to enhance the practical knowledge of students.
• Maintain records of student attendance, progress, and feedback, and report to the administration as required.
