Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly customer service extraordinaire with a strong knowledge of the World of Melbourne to join our Concierge team as a Porter / Concierge.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager, your responsibilities as a Porter / Concierge include:
Being the first point of contact and greeting our guests with a warm welcome every time.
Provide exceptional service to our guests in every interaction by anticipating their needs, responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
Share your knowledge and passion for Melbourne.
Be the face of our hotel showing pride with each interaction.
Welcome our guests and make them feel special.
Assist guests with general enquiries and luggage requests.
Valet parking of cars.
General Porter duties as required.
Qualifications
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
A valid Australian driving license.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for customer service and finding solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliability and flexibility to work a rotating roster across 7 days.
