This is a full-time Hotel Revenue and OTA Specialist role located in Noida. The Specialist will be responsible for managing reservations, providing customer service, handling receptionist duties, and overseeing food & beverage operations on-site.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in OTA, Reservations and Receptionist Duties
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
