Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with over 10+ years of experience in the Healthcare or MedTech industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Healthcare IT and the software medical device design and development lifecycle. This role requires a blend of product ownership and business consulting skills to ask the right questions, bring clarity to project scopes, and perform detailed secondary research to unearth customer and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the entire vision, define Strategy and delivery of innovative new products to keep the business levant and competitive
• Conduct market research to identify user needs for new products
• Have past experience working in collaboration with Business departments- Sales, Operations, arketing, & R&D.
• Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research
• Establish requirements and specifications for existing and new products
• Clearly communicate the vision and goals of existing and new products to Technical PM/BA/PO & team
• Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on the direction of products
• Manage cross-functional teams in business, product, design, and engineering.
• Demonstrate functionality of completed products to end-users and other stakeholders
• Develop metrics and KPIs to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary hancements
• Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded derstanding of products and developing needs
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company offerings as well as competitors
• Drive or support branding, marketing & pre-sales activities, GTM planning & strategies
• To be added by the Project team, in case some particular skill/domain is required Education Credentials
• MBA from renowned (Tier 1, Tier 2) preferred.
• The candidate must have 10+ yrs. of working experience in the same or an equivalent role.
Qualifications:
• You have a track record of delivering impactful software, ideally on a collaborative software delivery team
• You have attention to detail, a practical approach to the day-to-day work of story writing and delivery, and can draw a line directly from an overarching client strategy to your team’s outcomes
• You are well versed with Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies and love to mentor others
• You understand how businesses operate and have experience in modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques to facilitate requirement elicitation sessions
• You have a knack for prioritization, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, and resolving conflicts as they arise
• You’re resilient and flexible in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from technical and business perspectives
• You have a genuine passion for quality software and the know-how to get from sketch to code
• Strong communication skills, listens and proactive communicator

Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Certifications: HIMSS offers various certifications focused on healthcare information and management systems. The Operations Management Group is recruiting for a ‘WBS Houlden Fellow’ post for the next academic year (2026/25). The position is fixed term for a period of 36 months.
The postholder will divide their time between three areas of activity: (1) progressing their own research agenda; (2) supporting current WBS research activity and (3) gaining valuable teaching experience. All Houlden Fellows will benefit from the mentoring of a Professorial colleague, to help them develop their academic careers, over the three-year period. Holden Fellows have their own budget for research and travel.

We are particularly interested in empirically oriented applicants who focus on organizational problems of contemporary relevance adopting a process perspective.
