We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and dependable Private Estate Chef to manage the culinary operations of a luxury farmhouse in Rangpuri, Delhi. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about fine dining, personalized service, and creating exceptional gastronomic experiences in a private setting.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Curate and execute personalized gourmet menus based on the owner's preferences
• Prepare a wide variety of cuisines including Indian, Continental, Mediterranean, and health-focused meals
• Ensure fine-dining presentation standards for daily meals and special occasions
• Source and work with premium, organic, and farm-fresh ingredients
• Oversee end-to-end kitchen operations including inventory, procurement, and vendor management
• Maintain exceptional hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
• Plan and execute private events, weekend gatherings, and special occasions
• Introduce seasonal menus, tasting experiences, and innovative dishes
• Deliver discreet, professional service with high attention to detail
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile
• Prior experience in luxury villas, private estates, or 5-star hospitality environments
• Strong understanding of farm-to-table, organic, and sustainable cooking practices
• Expertise in global cuisines, baking, and BBQ
• Formal culinary training or professional certifications preferred
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
• Experience: 25+ years (mandatory)
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or Professional Cookery from a reputed institute
• Certifications in Food Safety & Hygiene (FSSAI or international standards) preferred
• Additional training in international cuisines, baking, or gourmet cooking is a plus
