Residential House Cleaner – Join the Lumaid Team (Ottawa, ON)
Position Overview
At Lumaid Cleaning, we believe a clean home creates peace of mind. Our mission is to provide reliable, eco-friendly, and detail-oriented cleaning services across Ottawa while building a supportive workplace where our team members feel valued and respected.
We are looking for dedicated Residential House Cleaners to join our growing team. Whether you have prior cleaning experience or are eager to learn, we’ll provide training, all supplies, and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
· Clean and organize living rooms, bedrooms, common areas, and other spaces as requested.
· Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
· Follow safe cleaning practices and use provided eco-friendly products.
· Communicate with clients and the team to ensure expectations are met.
Qualifications
· Experience in residential cleaning is an asset, but not required, we provide training.
· Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license with a good driving record.
· Must have reliable transportation to commute to our Ottawa office.
· Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering great results.
· Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
· Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
· Good time management and communication skills.

· Competitive hourly wage: $18.00 – $22.00/hr (plus tips & bonuses).
· Flexible scheduling: Full-time or part-time, Monday–Friday (weekends optional).
· All supplies provided – no need to use your own.

Work Environment
· Residential homes throughout Ottawa.
