HOUSE OF THREE is a Bangalore
based luxury enterprise in the fields of
clothing and interiors. Launched in 200+ by
La Mere designs, it has 5 distinct lines of
Couture, Prêt, Diffusion, home décor and
luxury interiors. The label draws inspiration
from various spheres of modern lifestyle,
new age music, graphics, modern art &
architecture. Clean, sophisticated forms
speak of our sartorial philosophy, while
immaculate tailoring and intricate detailing
reflect our commitment to craft essentially
define this label.
As a label we work on a design philosophy
of a marriage of contrasts, creating products
and a lifestyle that is global in appeal and
Indian in its soul, while every effort every
passing season goes in to enhance our
footprint on sustainable fashion and ethical
processes with a keen eye on giving back to
society.
House of Three gets its name from a simple
thought. It is clothing and interiors for the
mind, body and soul .
WE ARE HIRING an experienced Couture Womenswear designer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will bring innovative and bold design concepts, and is comfortable to push design boundaries while maintaining a focus on contemporary trends.
Should have a deep understanding of fabric, fit, and construction, embroideries and a desire to create standout collections that resonate with a forward-thinking and style-conscious audience.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct seasonal research, trend analysis, and create mood boards for collections,
• Develop and design market focused multi-product across all current ranges which may include traditional and western couture silhouettes in line with the brand aesthetic,
• To design with a strong awareness of price architecture, margins, and market pricing,
• Creation of product specification and technical packs/size charts.
• To undertake garment fitting and sample amendments,
• Support in the product development from sampling to production, working in line with critical path and deadlines; liaising with factories, and
• Factory visits and fabric sourcing trips.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a design focused role,
• Fashion Design Degree or similar,
• Previous experience, in a designer fashion
• An excellent technical understanding of garment design, fabrication and fit,
• Excellent knowledge of our market sector and trend awareness,
• Strong Photoshop, and Illustrator skills,
• Confident and competent communication skills,
• Meticulous attention to detail
