Responsibilities
• Clean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our standards prior to guest arrival.
• Mop, vacuum, make beds, change sheets, do laundry, stock rooms, and perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Respond to general questions from guests during their stay.
• Document cleaned rooms, report lost items, and note damage or repairs needed.
• Maintain common areas, including the lobby, corridors, and public restrooms.
Requirements
• Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
• At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper or similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Impeccable work ethic, organizational skills, time management, and effective communication.
