Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
A. Human Resources (HR):
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
2. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
3. Process payroll in coordination with accounts
4. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
5. Manage employee engagement and grievance handling
6. Conduct induction and basic training sessions
7. Support performance appraisal processes
8. Draft HR policies, offer letters, and employment contracts
B. Accounts & Finance:
1. Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses)
2. Manage accounts payable & receivable
3. Prepare invoices and follow up on payments
4. Perform bank reconciliations
5. Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances
6. Assist in preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
7. Maintain records for audits and coordinate with CA
8. Monitor cash flow and basic budgeting
