Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
Process payroll, manage employee benefits programs, and ensure compliance with legal requirements related to wages, taxes, and benefits.
Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and personnel files. Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations.
Accounting:
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and other financial analyses as required.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, monitor budgetary performance, and provide financial forecasts and recommendations to management.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including timely filing of tax returns, VAT, and GST payments.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documents, conducting reconciliations, and addressing audit queries.
Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Several years of experience in HR and accounting roles, preferably in the manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
Sound understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Proficiency in financial accounting principles, practices, and regulations. Knowledge of tax laws and accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions.
Accurate and meticulous in financial record-keeping and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, management, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize work effectively.
Demonstrates high ethical standards and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
