Job Description
• Proven work experience as an HR or similar role must have experience of min. 3 to 5 years (Only Male) for Factory.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree, preferably in human resources or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
• Implement effective monitoring, Attendance, Payroll management.
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
• Collect & Maintain compliance work as well as day today activity & handle the Admin.
• Manage attendance, payroll and benefits for all employees. Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues.
• Manage all the IT and data systems of the HR department
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Measure employee retention.
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department & update the same to the HOD on daily bases.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
