Job Description
Provides responses to frequently asked questions from job applicants and staff members about general policies, hiring procedures, etc.; redirects more complex inquiries to the HR Manager.
Maintains the confidentiality and integrity of files and records pertaining to human resources.
Regularly checks HR records and files to make sure all necessary paperwork is gathered and properly filed.
Fulfils the HR department's administrative needs.
Offers assistance with processing payroll, responding to employee inquiries.
Processing errors, and distributing cheques.
Serves as a point of contact between the company and consultant regarding benefits, such as PF and pension.
Carries out or assists with new hire orientation.
Schedule HR events, meetings, and interviews.
Organize and perform employee orientations for new hires.
Generate reports on the HR team’s activities and performance.
Finalize termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews.
Process incoming emails.
Handle grievances and complaints.
Produce and distribute HR documentation.
Provide assistance in organizing and coordinating events.
Follows and update all paper work necessary for NABH.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
