Job Description
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource and administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. The role involves supporting HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, employee engagement, and compliance, along with overseeing general office administration.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:
Maintain employee records (personal files, attendance, leave, etc.) in both digital and physical formats.
Assist in the recruitment process – posting job openings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Facilitate onboarding and induction for new employees.
Manage attendance and leave records; ensure timely updating and reporting to management.
Coordinate with the accounts department for monthly payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Support in drafting HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience certificates, etc.).
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and benefits.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Administration:
Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management (stationery, pantry, etc.).
Handle asset management and inventory control.
Coordinate travel, hotel, and transportation arrangements for staff when required.
Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities and handle administrative logistics.
Support management in implementing policies and procedures.
Liaise with external agencies and service providers as needed.
