Job Description
KRA:
1. Recruitment & Deployment
End-to-end recruitment of guards, housekeeping staff and supervisors
Maintaining continuous manpower pipeline (backup pool)
Coordination for quick deployment at client sites
Vendor / local sourcing (field hiring camps, references)
Maintaining recruitment MIS and joining records
2. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance Support
Collection and verification of attendance from multiple sites
Coordination with payroll team for salary processing
Ensuring compliance with:
Minimum wages
PF / ESI documentation
Bonus / statutory benefits
Maintaining employee records as per labour law requirements
3. Statutory Compliance (Critical KRA)
Support in compliance under:
EPF Act
ESI Act
Contract Labour Act
Maintaining registers, returns and inspection readiness
Coordination during labour inspections / audits
4. Employee Lifecycle Management
Joining formalities (documentation, ID cards, uniform issue)
Handling resignations, FNF settlement coordination
Maintaining employee database (active/inactive)
Exit interviews and attrition tracking
5. Training & Discipline Management
Induction training for new recruits (basic SOP, behaviour)
Coordination for on-site training (security drills, grooming)
Handling disciplinary issues, absenteeism and misconduct
Ensuring proper uniform, grooming and conduct at sites
Handling emergency manpower shortages
Visiting client sites when required
Managing disputes or urgent labour issues
6. Client Coordination (HR Perspective)
Regular follow-up with clients on manpower issues
Quick replacement of absent/terminated staff
Handling client complaints related to staff behaviour/performance
Supporting operations team in client satisfaction
7. Administrative Responsibilities
Office administration (stationery, records, documentation)
Maintaining employee files and contract documents
Managing ID cards, uniforms, and asset issuance
Coordination for transport / logistics (if applicable)
8. MIS & Reporting
Daily / weekly manpower status report
Attendance & absenteeism report
Recruitment & attrition report
Compliance status tracker
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Time to deploy manpower
Attrition rate
Attendance accuracy
Compliance error rate
Client complaints related to manpower
Recruitment conversion ratio
