We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing core HR activities along with supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
Employee onboarding, documentation & record managemen
Employee engagement and grievance handling
Administration:
Manage office operations and facility coordination
Vendor management (housekeeping, security, maintenance)
Office supplies, inventory & procurement
Travel and logistics coordination
Ensure smooth functioning of workplace and office upkeep
Requirements:
Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of basic HR practices
Proficiency in MS Office
