The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, manpower planning and benefits, and company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. Should be ready to work in construction
Responsibilities
Oversee full cycle of manpower managementDaily time officer role (Attendance, OT mapping, etc)Assist with payroll and benefits administrationEnsures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities for audit purposesConduct relevant training across departmentsMaintaining MIS reportResult-oriented in operation functionsSolving employee grievances
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area3+ years of experience working in Human ResourcesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsMale candidate required
