Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin Executive to join our team and manage the administrative and HR functions of our Ahmedabad office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing office operations, supporting the HR department, and acting as the center manager for the entire infrastructure. The HR Admin Executive will report directly to the Global Head of HR and work closely with them to ensure smooth operations and effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Act as the center manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Ahmedabad office.
Ensure a well-functioning office environment, including facilities, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
Manage vendor relationships, including office service providers and suppliers.
Develop and implement efficient administrative policies and procedures.
HR Support:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, such as posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire orientation.
Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with organizing company events and activities.
Assist in HR compliance activities, such as maintaining employee records, tracking leave and attendance, and assisting with payroll administration.
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and company information.
Compliance and Policies:
Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices, ensuring compliance within the organization.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Support the HR team in conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 2 years in an administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidential information.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
