Responsibilities and Duties
Recruitment : Responsible to meet company staffing requirements. Should have hands on knowledge of various sources of recruitment platforms. Would also be responsible for campus hiring and needs to reach out to institutes as the need may be for filing required positions.
Would be responsible to deliver excellent TAT of candidates. Also would be responsible to take the first round of face to face interview.
Background Verification : A thorough background verification before raising an offer to a candidate is to be compulsorily done.
HR Operations : All paperwork, maintaining of excel sheets for various tasks, Documentation and filing of important paper work of employees, induction & orientation of new joiners.
Leave & Attendance : Managing leaves and keeping a track of attendance of employees, able to extract and interpret attendance records. Add and delete employees from the Biometric system and should possess knowledge on working of attendance software.
Payroll Calculation : Should be well versed with payroll calculations. Should be aware of standard deductions and how OT is calculated.
Employee Grievances Management : Be prompt to employee grievances received and diligently resolve their grievances in the quickest time possible.
Performance Review & Meetings : Keeping a track of appraisals of employees, plugging them on the calendar and communicate with the employee and management to ensure exact feedback and review meetings are conducted.
Employee Engagement Activities : Should play an active role in getting on board new employee engagement activities.
Exit formalities and FNF : Would be responsible for taking an exit interview. Also need to proactive raise any concerns and queries related to the same for a smooth exit transit. Should be very good and strong with communication skills to issue terminations and very subtle yet professional in handling resignations.
Compliance Management : Should be aware of standard statutory compliances.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Qualification : Masters Degree in Human Resources would be preferred.
Work Experience : Proven track record of a generalist profile in both strategic and operational roles. 1-2 years of job experience within HR roles required.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
