Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support new hire onboarding activities including preparing welcome kits, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork.
2. Employee Relations:
• Aid in maintaining employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in addressing employee inquiries and providing support on HR-related matters.
3. Training and Development:
• Support the coordination and logistics of training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
• Assist in tracking employee training and development activities to ensure compliance with training requirements.
4. HR Administration:
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR documentation.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
5. Employee Engagement:
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.
• Gather feedback from employees through surveys and focus groups to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior internship or coursework related to human resources is a plus.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
