Responsibilities
Payroll Work
Oversee and manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement.
Maintain payroll records, including employee deductions, taxes, and benefits.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure seamless payroll operations.
IT and Non-IT Recruitment
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top IT and Non-IT talent.
Conduct comprehensive job analysis, create job descriptions, and post job vacancies on various platforms.
Screen resumes, interview candidates, and coordinate the hiring process in collaboration with hiring managers.
Build a strong network of potential candidates through industry contacts, online platforms, and professional networks.
Employee Engagement Activities
Design and execute initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Organize team-building activities, events, and celebrations to promote employee morale and teamwork.
Develop and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward exceptional performance.
Regularly collect and analyze employee feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement appropriate measures.
Culture-Related Activities
Foster and promote a positive company culture that aligns with the organization's values and goals.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Encourage diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
Learning and Development Strategies
Identify training and development needs across departments and levels.
Design and deliver effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Develop career development plans and succession planning strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in talent development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive, preferably in the IT industry.
In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including payroll management, recruitment, employee engagement, and training development.
Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software.
Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
