Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic HR & Admin Executive to support our fast-paced media and entertainment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, administrative coordination, and talent support while maintaining efficient HR operations. A keen interest in media, digital content, and managing creative professionals is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across production, digital, creative, and marketing roles.
Build a database of freelancers and creative talent – editors, designers, writers, influencers, and crew.
Coordinate interviews and onboarding in collaboration with department leads.
Maintain rosters and availability of freelance and project-based talent.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records, onboarding, exit formalities, and HR documentation.
Track attendance, manage leave records, and assist with payroll coordination.
Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to internal HR policies.
Draft and manage contracts, NDAs, and project agreements for staff and freelancers.
3. Talent & Shoot Coordination
Maintain a well-organized database of artists, editors, and influencers.
Support scheduling, bookings, and logistics for shoots, events, and campaigns.
Assist in artist and staff coordination for studio and on-location projects.
4. Admin & Office Management
Oversee daily office operations including supplies, vendor coordination, and facility support.
Ensure smooth functioning of all administrative and operational processes.
5. Culture & Engagement
Contribute to a vibrant workplace culture with internal communication and engagement initiatives.
Help organize team events, workshops, and creative engagement programs.
Foster collaboration and energy across departments and teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR/Admin, preferably in media, digital, or entertainment industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR software/tools.
Comfortable working with creative professionals and dynamic schedules.
