Responsibilities of the Role This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Executive located in Hyderabad. As an HR & Admin Executive at Nobero, you will be responsible for handling various HR and administrative tasks to support our operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include: HR Responsibilities: Maintaining and updating HR and administrative data Coordinating recruitment process Employee onboarding and exit Assistance with payroll and statutory processes Implementing and enforcing company policies Coordinating with MIS reports Office Administration: Managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a well-organized workspace. Overseeing office maintenance, supplies, and facility management. Coordinating with the finance team to handle invoicing processes. Qualifications & Skills Required Master's degree in HR Atleast 1 year prior experience in HR and administrative roles Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Location : Hyderabad, On-site Job Type: Fulltime Work Timings: Mon - Fri, 9hrs shift
