HR Executive & Admin
We are looking for an HR Executive & Admin to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
HR & Admin Executive responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.
Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.

Should have knowledge in Recruitment (Job posting, Sourcing, Screening, Frontline Interviewing)ESI Filing and EPF FilingSchedule job interviews and contact candidates as neededInduction & On boardingMaintaining Employee personnel recordsLeave ManagementAssist with all Internal and External HR Related dutiesGrievance HandlingUpdating internal databases with new hire informationSupporting with monthly Payroll processExperience using SpreadsheetsVendor Management (Insurance and others) Employee engagement related activitiesBasic Knowledge of labor Legislation and HR PracticesReady to take multiple tasks and responsibilitiesProvide Administrative support to management and EmployeesMaintain Confidentiality with necessary informationMature, Independent and able work with minimum supervisionRecording and presenting employee feedbacks at various stages such as onboarding & exit.
