Job Description
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding.
Manage employee relations, address grievances, and mediate conflicts between employees.
Administer performance management programs, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and coaching/counseling sessions.
Develop and deliver employee training programs on various topics such as diversity, ****** harassment prevention, and workplace safety.
Handle employee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims resolution, and communication with insurance providers.
Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.
Administrative Management:
Prepare proposals & break up in coordination with branch manager/Management. Submit wages revision to respective clients as per the prevailing rate from time to time.
Maintain contract tracker and submit the revised proposals well in advance in coordination of Branch Manager/ management.
Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, delegating tasks and ensuring efficiency.
Oversee office operations, including maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Manage office space allocation and layout to optimize space utilization.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for employees.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistical arrangements and agenda preparation.
Assist in budget planning and expense control related to HR and administrative functions.
Compliance and Legal:
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Prepare and submit government reports related to HR and labor requirements.
Advise management on legal and regulatory issues, ensuring adherence to labor standards.
Manage employee documentation related to employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and other legal documents.
Support the resolution of legal matters related to HR and administration.
Communication and Employee Engagement:
Foster positive employee relations through effective communication strategies.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs and team-building activities.
Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and conveying information.
Facilitate effective internal communication channels to enhance information flow.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to address them.
Coordinate with external training providers to deliver specialized training sessions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Extensive knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Proven experience in HR management and administration.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in HR software systems and MS Office Suite.
