Job Description
We are looking for self-driven, resourceful, and energetic HR & Admin Manager to join us. Your main responsibility will be to look after all aspects of HR Practices and Processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through HR Management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
We are expecting you to be professional, trustworthy and to be able to work independently.
What you will do:
· Improve, implement, and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, initiatives, and SOPs aligned with the overall business strategy, ensure legal compliance throughout HR Management.
· Manage the recruitment and selection process.
· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
· Nurture a positive working environment and achieve high performance by monitoring and management of a performance appraisal system. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
· Report to management and provide decision support though HR metrics.
Desired Skills:
· Deep understanding of HR Systems, databases, metrics, labour law, HR best practices and Management, People oriented and results driven.
· Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
· Effective listening, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
· Resourcefulness, problem solving aptitude, integrity, and confidentiality.
· Excellent Communication Skills, Team Work, competency to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Qualification:
Preferably BBA / MBA in Human Resources.
Experience:
5 to 7 Years of relevant experience will be preferred.
