● HR Operations:
o Planning and strategies for overall HR
o Change management and succession planning.
o Managing recruitment by identify and recruit new and replacement staff
o Managing retention and attrition, contract extensions, new contracts and necessary terminations.
o On-boarding and Induction.
o To ensure that the HR recruitment team complies with safe recruitment practices and compliance inclusive of background checks.
o Maintaining Employees records i.e., personnel files, leave record, attendance record, preparing offer letters, terms of reference letters, job descriptions, salary Certificates, relieving letters, experience letters etc. as per organization and projects. Submission of personnel requisitions in coordination with relevant units and ensure that exit interviews/debriefs are prepared at the end of service.
o Develop HR strategic plans including structure, systems, policies, processes, and practices. Align HR Strategy to the SEWA Cooperative Federation Strategy that are aligned to the organization’s strategic plan.
o Grievance handling and Problem solving.
o Participate in (wo)manpower planning and budgeting exercise with program coordinators.
o Oversees and records the business’s quarterly/annual appraisal cycle, manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
● Catalyzing Change:
o Support current and future business requirements through the development, engagement and motivation and in implementing plans as needed. Active involvement as one of the integral parts in the business activities right from setting it up to day-to-day functions and communications for Saamarth and Federation. To support projects and strengthen management for any and every given task.
o Working and support sister cooperatives, contribute as part of core team of Federation
o Manage the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the Enterprise Support System and Women Cooperative Enterprises; prepare periodic reports as necessary or requested
o Ensure Cooperatives safety, welfare, wellness, and health
● Administration Support:
o Handling the entire administration of the organization for smooth functioning through, procurements, repairing & maintenance, vendor management, including AMC, MOU & Agreements.
o Manage the preparation and maintenance of agreements of entire organizations both internal and external.
o Manage the logistics and contacts for services with service providers such as travel agents, hotels, caterers, office suppliers, IT etc.
o Networking and liaising with other organizations and companies for renting the facilities like the conference hall, meeting space and office space.
o Supporting in developing strategies to generate revenue for the maintenance of office premises and its long-term sustainability.
o Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
o Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
o Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations

Salary: ₹15,141.43 - ₹45,000.00 per month
