Job Title: HR Admin [Fresher] Schedule: US Shift [07 PM to 04 AM] Location: Tidke Colony, Nashik [On-site] Salary: As per Market Standard Responsibilities: • Assisting in HR Management and taking care of day-to-day office administration functions. • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant personnel. • Maintaining general office files including job application files, vendor files and other files related to the company's operations. • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment; purchasing office supplies, furniture etc. • Performing other relevant duties when needed. • Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics. • Nurturing a positive work environment. Requirements: • Graduate/post-graduate in any discipline. Degree in HR/Organizational Psychology or similar is a plus. • Effective English communications. • Basic HR knowledge and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
