HR & Admin Officerresponsibilities include processing employee data updating companypolicies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful inthis role you should have solid organizational skills and befamiliar with HR functions.
Ultimately you willmake sure all HR operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
• Maintaining physical and digital personnel records likeemployment contracts and PTO requests
• Updateinternal databases with new hire information
• Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents aboutcompany policies
• Gather payroll data like bankaccounts and working days
• Publish and removejob ads
• Schedule job interviews and contactcandidates as needed
• Prepare reports andpresentations on HRrelated metrics like the total number of hiresby department
• Develop training and onboardingmaterial
• Respond to employees’questions about benefits (for example number of vacation daysthey’re eligible for)
Requirements
• Workexperience as an HR & Admin Officer HR AdministrativeAssistant or similar role
• Familiarity withHuman Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Experience using spreadsheets
• Organizational skills
• Good verbaland written communication skills
• BSc in HumanResources Management or relevant field
