HR Administration Manager

We are looking for an experienced and thorough HR and Administration Manager to ensure our operations run smoothly and improve as our company grows. All the HR and administrative functions will be under your authority, and you will make sure your team delivers perfect service to the company and its staff. Roles & Responsibilities:- Managing and maintaining records related to compliance with regulatory bodies such as the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB), Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation(MIDC), Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health (DISH), and the Labor Office. Coordinating with government agencies for obtaining various permissions and licenses required for the plant's operation. Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to chemical manufacturing. Managing and maintaining records related to employee attendance, leaves, and overtime. Overseeing the process of onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and handling joining formalities. Managing and maintaining records related to contract labor and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Developing and managing the plant's budget, including cost controls and forecasting. Maintaining a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement and collaboration. Leading or participating in special projects and initiatives as needed. Required Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in plant administration or a related role. Knowledge of regulations related to chemical manufacturing and labor laws in Maharashtra. Experience managing staff and leading teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Office and ERP Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
