In this role, you will support the Human Resources team by providing administrative assistance to boost employee engagement
You will also play a crucial role in the recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to managing offers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates
Assist Human Resources team with new hire orientation
Filing of employee documents, creating employee files, handling of employee attendance occurrence administration
Process HR Service tickets
Provide employee customer service and support
Strong communication and organizational skills
Assist in sourcing top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking platforms
Support the recruitment process from initial candidate screening to offer management, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
Participate in the design and implementation of process improvements to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance efficiency
Utilize data analytics tools to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and generate insights for continuous improvement

Assist with managing calendars and planning meetings and events

Hitachi Energy is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant for our Crystal Springs, MS factory location.
In this role, you will support the Human Resources team by providing administrative assistance to boost employee engagement. You will also play a crucial role in the recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to managing offers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
Your Responsibilities:
• Assist Human Resources team with new hire orientation.

Your Background:
• Associate degree or higher in a Business or related field preferred, but not required.
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
• 3+ years of work experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required.
• Superior computer skills and willingness to learn new systems a must.
• Attention to detail and ability to comfortably multi-task is critical.
• Comfortable working within all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional, positive attitude and helpful demeanor at all times.
