As an HR & Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for handling HR and administrative tasks, updating and managing internal HR systems, generating reports from HR databases, and visiting the factory twice a week if required.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in any stream, 1+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar back-office role, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent organizational and administrative skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
