Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and training development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR sourcing and project management, with proficiency in HR software such as Salesforce, iCIMS, and SAP. This position is essential for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that our HR processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various platforms and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
Utilize HR software tools such as Lever, iCIMS, and Salesforce to streamline HR processes.
Assist in project management related to HR initiatives and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Experience

Proven experience in human resources or related field, with a focus on recruiting and employee relations.
Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and best practices in talent acquisition.
Proficiency in using HR software systems such as Salesforce, iCIMS, SAP, or similar platforms.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
