Responsibilities
As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and record-keeping
You will be an integral part of our HR team, assisting in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all paperwork is completed and employees have the necessary tools and information
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Administer employee benefits, assisting with enrollments, changes, and inquiries
Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support on various HR issues
Assist in the preparation of HR reports, including employee attendance, performance reviews, and compensation data
Coordinate training programs and help track employee development
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Assist with the organization of employee engagement activities and events
Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documentation
