Job Description
Recruitment Process: Lead and coordinate the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and selecting candidates who align with our company culture.
Onboarding: Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new joiners by conducting induction programs and completing all necessary formalities.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personal files and attendance records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
Exit Process: Conduct employee exit processes in accordance with company policies, including exit interviews and documentation.
Policy Implementation: Implement and communicate HR policies, ensuring understanding and compliance among employees.
Training Programs: Develop and conduct training programs for new and existing employees, fostering continuous learning and development.
Admin Support: Handle administrative tasks like organizing client and employee documents systematically and to ensure efficient workflow.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake any other tasks assigned by the management, contributing to the smooth functioning of the HR department.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR role.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
