Job Description
Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees in recruitment from advertising to interviewing, onboarding.
Assist with the updating and implementation of a range of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
Keep job vacancy information such as details about job description, wages, and conditions of employment and contracts according to the applicable awards.
Consolidate weekly timesheets, entering data to process fortnightly/ monthly payroll.
Consolidate expenses claim for all employees and entering data at payroll system.
Provide information to employees and job seekers on current job vacancies.
Assist with the negotiation, discussion and resolution of requirements/ disputes related to employment conditions.
Support disciplinary process and performance management.
Plan different plans of productivity base wage adjustments, workplace relations policies and programs.
Support the day-to-day HR operations.
Perform different administrative duties such as managing office documentations and organization, prepare presentations or reports, organizing/ schedule meetings
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1-2 years in similar role.
Formal tertiary qualification in human resources or relate discipline (business, business administration)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization, communication, project coordination and conflict resolution skills.
Understanding of employment law practices, industrial instruments, and regulations.
Experience with MS office, teams, and other IT applications.
