Job Description
As a part of role, your responsibility includes
• Assist managers during the annual Promotion, Reviews and Compensation cycle – providing advisory & review on compensation allocations, handling exceptions and providing mentorship to managers through the process
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on matters related to initiatives for employees, demonstrate policy & process knowledge to advise managers on what option can the best suit employee & business need
• Provides process support for assigned line managers on HR policies, processes and norms
• Partner with management in resolving employee concerns or ER matters around performance, grievances etc
• Provide advice, routing or execution of process related requests to assigned line managers, taking divisional/functional nuances into consideration
• Analyze data and metrics to be able to share trends, mitigation actions with managers on matters around employee attrition, Compensation
• Collaborate with local, regional and global HR teams for process improvement, HR policy review etc.
• Support preparation and implementation of process related discussions and follow-up actions for divisional/functional divisions based on information received from HRBP and businesses
• Ensure assigned line managers have the necessary support to be able to manage and conclude HR processes successfully and within reasonable timeframe
Organizational Knowledge and HR Process Expertise
• Advise managers on employee related matters around performance, employee health, flexiworking etc
• Ensure robust knowledge of HR policies and processes
• Keep up to date with current and future state processes and deliverables
• Demonstrate HR expertise to guide managers on taking appropriate actions
• Independently conduct and drive sensitive conversations with employees/ managers around performance or employee grievances
Collaboration and Partnership
• Coordinate and implement HR initiatives for various client groups in conjunction with SME and HRBP colleagues. This includes talent management, performance management, compensation, reward and recognition
• Work on process improvement and partnership with various upstream and downstream teams & manage dependencies & global process SMEs and business partners.
