Key Responsibilities
· Working closely with the Senior HR Advisor as well as Managers and Partners to provide full, professional support across the practice.
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
· Support payroll and employee benefits administration.
· Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
· Help implement and maintain HR policies in compliance with legislation and company policies and standards.
· Support performance management and employee review processes.
· Monitor and report on HR statistics
· Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive HR data.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
· Up to date employment law and legislation
· Employee Relations knowledge with the ability to influence at all levels including partners/managers
· Practical and logical ability to problem solve quickly
· Ability to design clear and fair company policies
· Proven experience with Statutory calculations
· Knowledge and experience of dealing with performance improvement and welfare cases
Desirable:
CIPD qualified or working towards
Prior experience in an HR capacity
