We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic HR Advisor to join our central team. You will play a key role in supporting our schools with day-to-day HR advice, case management, and policy implementation all whilst helping to build a culture of fairness, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.

We invite applications from individuals with substantial experience of providing a professional advisory service, which includes experience of leading and managing formal complex casework, ideally already in the education or public sector.

The successful candidate will:

Provide professional HR advice and support to school leaders and managers on a wide range of employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, performance, and wellbeing.
Have sound working knowledge of employment law, NJC Staff terms and conditions and Teachers’ terms and conditions
Contribute to policy development and support implementation across the Trust.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and support HR data reporting and analysis.
Promote best practice and consistency across our schools, while recognising the unique needs of a special education environment.
