Responsibilities:
• Utilize Workday to update data across employee full life cycle from onboarding to offboarding and pull reports upon request.
• Utilize Service Now and provide excellent day to day customer support to employees on a variety of general HR questions, processes, and policies.
• Run ongoing HR processes with quality, attention to detail, and efficiency.
• Effectively build relationships with all of HR, share information and best practices within the HR Advisor community.
• Work to deliver process and customer service improvements in areas within own area of operation with guidance and supervision.
• Work across departments and regional boundaries to exchange best practices and to avoid duplication of efforts with other HR functions as assigned.
• Employee file management.
• Run and participate in audits.
• Other job duties and projects as required.
Capabilities and Qualifications:
• Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• 1-3 years functional HR experience
• Critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with Workday and processing of transactions.
• Familiarity with Service Now and case management.
• Knowledge of HR disciplines, policies, and practices
• Excel reporting and HR systems reporting experience
• Ability to act independently, with urgency and move at a fast pace.
• Highly collaborative and team oriented; aligns effectively with colleagues to deliver results.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent experience
