Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and issue contracts of employment and internal employee correspondence
Onboarding/Orientation and offboarding activities
Assisting with performance management, discipline, redundancy and terminations, offering guidance and support to internal managers on employee relations matter
Assist in employee grievances and investigation activity, to ensure alignment with company policies, procedures and legal requirements
Interpret relevant industrial instruments in accordance with the Fair Work Act and NES
Contribute to improvements to HR processes and systems to enhance employee administration efficiency
Participate in the implementation of HR initiatives with the team
Experience and qualifications:
Tertiary HR qualification or equivalent
Demonstrated experience in a HR generalist role (minimum 2 -4 years)
Experience with driving exceptional employee experience throughout employment lifecycle
Adaptable, flexible, and a self-starter who can multitask to prioritize workload
